The Rhode Island School of Real Estate
In 2018, the Rhode Island School of Real Estate was founded with a clear focus on teaching through real-life experiences and seeking out innovative ways to engage students and encourage participation. A passion for teaching makes the learning process both practical and enjoyable.
Rhode Island School of Real Estate was relaunched in 2022 with the same passion for superior education to the community of Real Estate Agents, both current and future. The current team of Bill Fain (Broker/Owner of Brown Group Realty), Jeannine Harrington (Broker/Owner of Brown Group Realty), Denise Mann (Real Estate Agent/Administrator Brown Group Realty), and Deana Bobbin (Senior Loan Originator of Cross Country Mortgage) took over the charge of practical, thoughtful real estate instruction.

To get both RI and CT certificate:
You must sign in on both sheets and sign out on the CT sign out sheet. The CT certificate will be emailed to you and your RI certificate will be in your account at www.RISchoolOfRealEstate.com
- Complete refund (less credit card fees) if cancellation is done 3 days prior to date of class.
- A coupon of class fee, less a $10 charge, if cancellations are done within 3 days prior to the date of class that can be used for future class registration. The coupon for the credit will expire at the end of the renewal period.
- NO refund if a person is a “no show, no call” for the class.
- If anyone is absent due to a serious situation beyond their control, let us know, and we’ll make a decision about a full or partial refund.

- A credit of the class fee, less a $10 charge, if cancellation is done within 5 days prior to date of class that can be used towards a rescheduling of the class.

- NO refund if a student drops out of the course after attending the first class.

RI School of Real Estate follows the Westerly School System cancellation schedule for Snow Days and Inclement Weather. If Westerly Schools are closed, we’re closed.
