Your Path to Rhode Island Real Estate Broker

Mandatory Curriculum:

  • Broker Pre-License — 30 hours
  • Real Estate Brokerage Management — 30 hours

Choose 30 Hours of classes from the list below:

  • How are you going to pay for this? Home Financing — 3 hours
  • Agency for Brokers (CORE) — 3 hours
  • Commercial & Investment Real Estate- Tools of the Trade — 6 hours
  • Under Construction – Construction and Rehab Loans — 3 hours
  • Contract Law (CORE) — 3 hours
  • Forms (CORE) — 3 hours
  • Code of Ethics — 3 hours
  • RI Residential Purchase and Sale Agreement (CORE)– 3 hours
  • Property Management (CORE) — 3 hours
  • RI Landlord Tenant Act (CORE)– 3 hours
  • Do’s of Due Diligence (CORE) — 3 hours
  • RE Law for Licensees (CORE) — 3 hours
  • Being a Buyer Representative (CORE)– 3 hours
  • Red Flags – What you should know before calling a Home Inspector — 3 hours
  • Art of Negotiations, Secret of Diplomacy — 3 hours

All of your Rhode Island Real Estate Broker education must be taken at the same school.

You must provide a copy of your 90 hour certificate showing completion of all classroom requirements at the exam center in order to take your Broker exam.
